Brilliant location at Grand Via very near Sol. Had a triple room with three single beds, ideal for three friends travelling.
Shower in the tub, but nothing on the wall to mount the shower head.

Though two staff I met were not speak English, they were very very helpful and passion with smile all the time. Excellent location. 30 seconds to metro station.
Small bathroom but its fine for me. The wall is thin, could be noisy depends on people. And it's a pity that hot water is not provided.

Central location.
The hotel wasn' t clean enough, there wasn't all the time someone at the reception, in the bathroom there were few towels and no soap and from the window came ugly smells.

The location and the great view from the balcony.
The noise from the street made sleeping difficult. A part of one wall was wet and therefore the room smelled a little.

The hostel is really good located, in the center of Madrid. You can reach everything by walk, restaurant and shopping is in front of the doors. The room were clean and with aircondition. I would choose it again!!
The people at the reception are not speaking english. For my opinion, this is not exaptable in an hostel with international clients. Anyway, it was possible to handle. It was sometimes really noisy at night, but thats the price you pay for a hostel (which is a bit expensive for 45€ per night without service)

Gran via is a bit noisy but that's the price you pay for a great location

The staff did not speak English, but were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
The only real negative was the hookers hanging out on the street near the hotel.

It is very near to Gran Via station and as my flight to Madrid arrives quite late at night it is important for me to have accommodation that is easy to find and easy to get to

Basically everything was perfect. The family who leads the hotel was very helpful with everything. The prostitutes that are mentioned are no problem at all. There are a couple standing near the entrance of the building but they didnt bother you at all. The bathroom is kind of far away from the single room but it didnt bother me. The hotel is in the middle of the city so everything is in walking distance.
The walls are very thin and you can hear if people are in the hallway. There is a lot of noise in the streets, especially on the weekends but I could still sleep more or less well. I think the hostel is perfect for a city trip because the price is more than okay.
